Al Enjaz Al Maabar Company Limited (IMPRESSIV) is seeking an experienced and highly capable Factory Manager to lead manufacturing, production, engineering, fabrication, and administrative operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee multiple production departments, manage factory resources, coordinate project execution, and ensure that manufacturing and installation activities are completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. Candidates with extensive experience in exhibition production, joinery, event fabrication, fit-out, or custom manufacturing are highly encouraged to apply.

FACTORY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior factory, production, or operations management role.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Strong experience in exhibition production, joinery, event fabrication, fit-out, or custom manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of engineering, project management, production planning, joinery, steel fabrication, painting, electrical works, furniture
• production, and site installation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple production and administrative departments.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong understanding of quality control, production efficiency, cost management, and workplace safety.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the factory and production facilities.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Manage and coordinate Engineering & Design, Project Management, Joinery & Carpentry, Paint & Finishing, Steel & Metal Fabrication,
• Electrical Assembly & AV, Furniture & Upholstery departments.
• Supervise production activities to ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management and site installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review production plans, technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Oversee joinery, carpentry, steel fabrication, painting, finishing, electrical assembly, AV, furniture, and custom manufacturing activities.
• Monitor production capacity, manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper quality control throughout the manufacturing and fabrication process.
• Monitor production costs, wastage, material usage, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Stores, Logistics, Secretary, and Sales departments to support factory operations.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials, equipment, tools, and production supplies.
• Manage suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, and service providers when required.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Monitor maintenance and proper utilization of factory machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and production standards.
• Prepare production and operational reports for senior management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee environmental and large-format graphic design, brand application, visual identity, wayfinding and signage design, printed collateral,
• event materials, digital and screen graphic content, and client presentation requirements when applicable.
• Ensure quality control of finished products and provide guidance and mentoring to junior personnel.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop factory and production teams.
• Perform other managerial and operational duties as assigned.
