Al Enjaz Al Maabar Company Limited (IMPRESSIV) is seeking a creative and highly skilled Architect / 3D Visualizer to develop innovative architectural concepts and immersive 3D visualizations for exhibitions, events, experiential environments, commercial spaces, and branded installations. The successful candidate will transform conceptual ideas into technically accurate, visually compelling presentations while supporting projects from concept development through production and installation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Professional training in 3D Visualization, Exhibition Design, Experiential Design, Architectural Technology, or related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, exhibition design, event design, experiential environments, or spatial visualization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stands, event environments, experiential spaces, architectural concepts, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Proven experience delivering projects from concept development through production and installation.
• Experience managing multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drafting and technical documentation.
• Advanced expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Strong rendering skills using V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for presentation graphics and post-production.
• Working knowledge of fabrication methods, production detailing, construction materials, and installation processes.
• Familiarity with animation, walkthrough presentations, and immersive visualization tools.
• Excellent creativity, visualization, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and 3D visualizations for exhibition stands, event spaces, experiential environments, retail displays, and commercial interiors.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, animations, and walkthrough presentations for client approvals and project presentations.
• Prepare architectural layouts, technical drawings, construction details, and documentation using AutoCAD.
• Create presentation materials, mood boards, concept boards, and design proposals using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with creative directors, graphic designers, project managers, engineers, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client requirements into functional, visually engaging, and buildable design solutions.
• Develop fabrication details and coordinate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and construction accuracy.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and display elements for exhibition and event environments.
• Review production drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and installation teams during project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced design environment.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity, design standards, and client expectations across all projects.
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance during project development.
• Stay current with emerging architectural visualization technologies, rendering techniques, and design trends.
• Perform other architecture and visualization duties assigned by management.
