Madar Steel Industries LLC is seeking an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to operate production machinery and equipment in its manufacturing operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring machines operate efficiently, maintaining production quality, following workplace safety procedures, and supporting daily manufacturing targets. MACHINE OPERATOR
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. The role requires familiarity with industrial machinery, attention to production quality, and the ability to follow operating and safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in manufacturing or the steel industry.
- Knowledgeable in operating production machines and industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machine safety procedures.
- Good attention to detail and ability to monitor production quality.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to follow instructions and workplace safety standards.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Willing to render overtime when required.
- Previous experience operating steel-processing or heavy industrial machinery is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines and equipment according to established procedures.
- Set up and monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Check machine operation and production output for quality and consistency.
- Identify machine abnormalities, defects, or operational issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine checks when required.
- Follow production schedules and operating instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around machines and the assigned work area.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Handle raw materials and finished products properly during production.
- Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Minimize production waste and ensure proper use of materials.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other production workers to meet production targets.
- Maintain proper production records when required.
- Perform other manufacturing and machine operation duties as assigned.
