WELDER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 23 to 32 years old.
• Candidates must be high school graduates or equivalent.
• Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and attention to workplace safety.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in construction and industrial environments.
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication, and workshop safety procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to adapt to Japanese workplace culture, discipline, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks according to technical specifications and company standards.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in cutting, fitting, assembling, and repairing metal components when required.
• Read and follow basic technical drawings, welding instructions, and production guidelines.
• Inspect welded materials and finished products to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, welding equipment, and work areas.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks and production targets efficiently.
• Participate actively in technical and Japanese language training programs.
• Comply with Japanese workplace discipline, operational procedures, and company regulations.

• Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
• If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
• Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
• High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
• Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
• PEOS certificate and e-registration
• One (1) long expanding brown envelope
