Customer Service Coordinator

Qualifications:

Must hold a certificate or diploma in Tourism & Hospitality, Frontline Management, Customer Service, or any related field.

At least 2 years of work experience in the retail sales industry is an advantage.

Knowledgeable in administrative and coordination tasks.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Must maintain a pleasing personality and professional appearance aligned with a luxury retail environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily customer service operations in the retail store.

Supervise frontline staff and ensure high-quality customer service delivery.

Handle escalated customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Assist in training and guiding customer service assistants.

Monitor customer service performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

Support sales operations, administrative tasks, and reporting activities.

Maintain proper coordination between customers, staff, and management.

Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation standards.

Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff assignments when required.

Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
