Stellar New Zealand Ltd. is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators for deployment to New Zealand. The successful candidate will support warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards and Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) requirements.

FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse position.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Forklift Operator.
• Previous experience within the supply chain and logistics industry is preferred.
• Experience operating a variety of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Must have Crown Reach Forklift OSH certification.
• Must have a valid Forklift License.
• Authorized Person (MPI) certification is desirable.
• First Aid Certificate is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and operational standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow company operational guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company standards, safety rules, and MPI requirements.
• Load, unload, move, and store goods accurately within warehouse systems.
• Maintain safe working conditions for workers, visitors, and equipment.
• Conduct routine checks and ensure proper maintenance of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Support logistics, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
• Follow operational procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse teams regarding operations and issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse work areas.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse safety and efficiency.
