Abdullah A Al Barrak & Sons Co. is seeking an experienced Fabricator Fitter to join its fabrication team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and piping systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and ASME standards while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety.

FABRICATOR FITTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Fabricator Fitter or in a similar industrial fabrication role.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Metal Fabrication, Tool & Die, Welding) or a related field.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing and fabrication of:
  • Pressure vessels
  • Storage tanks
  • Heat exchangers
  • Piping systems
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, isometrics, and technical documents.
• Skilled in layout, marking, cutting, beveling, fitting, and component assembly.
• Knowledge of ASME standards and industrial fabrication practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a fabrication and construction environment.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication and fitting works for pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and piping systems.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, isometric drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Perform accurate layout, marking, measuring, cutting, beveling, and fitting of metal components.
• Assemble and align fabricated components according to design requirements and approved engineering standards.
• Ensure fabrication works comply with ASME codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform fit-up activities prior to welding, including alignment, positioning, and dimensional checks.
• Work closely with welders, engineers, and quality inspectors to ensure proper fabrication and assembly.
• Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, dimensions, and workmanship.
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while following company safety procedures.
