Architect

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required; 5 years of experience as an Architect is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture, Urban Studies, or a related field.
  • Must have Gulf experience as an Architect.
  • Advanced proficiency in the following software:
    • AutoCAD
    • Autodesk Revit
    • 3ds Max
    • SketchUp
    • Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building regulations.
  • Excellent visualization, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documents for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Develop 2D and 3D architectural models, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard design software.
  • Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients throughout the design and construction process.
  • Review project specifications, site conditions, and applicable building regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in project planning, design development, material selection, and cost-effective design solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved plans.
  • Revise architectural drawings and documentation based on project requirements and client feedback.
  • Ensure all design deliverables are completed within project schedules and quality standards.
