HubStaff EU is seeking an experienced and professional Spa Therapist to join its wellness team in Bulgaria. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience, fluent English communication skills, and advanced knowledge of various massage techniques.

SPA THERAPIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or similar position.
• 20–40 years old, based on the employer’s stated vacancy requirement.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expert knowledge and practical skills in various types of massage.
• Professional, customer-focused, physically fit, and capable of performing massage treatments for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage and spa treatments based on clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Perform various types of massage using appropriate techniques, pressure, and treatment methods.
• Consult with clients to understand their concerns, preferences, and desired treatment outcomes.
• Recommend suitable massage treatments and wellness services based on individual client needs.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and maintain professional standards throughout each treatment.
• Monitor clients’ responses during treatments and adjust techniques when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, organized, and relaxing spa and treatment environment.
• Properly clean, sanitize, and maintain massage equipment, tools, treatment rooms, linens, and supplies.
• Follow established spa procedures, hygiene standards, workplace safety requirements, and professional practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and provide courteous, attentive customer service.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
• Monitor supplies and report equipment or facility concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance, personal hygiene, and positive attitude.
• Perform other spa therapy and wellness duties assigned by management.
