United Alfanar General Building Construction and Road Company is seeking an experienced and technically capable Project Site Supervisor for a Wind Energy Maintenance Project in Kuwait. This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals with strong field experience and the ability to supervise site activities, coordinate maintenance teams, and ensure projects are completed safely and according to technical requirements.

Project Site Supervisor (Wind Energy Maintenance Project)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–6 years of relevant core field experience in construction, engineering, industrial maintenance, energy, or a related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, work plans, and engineering documents.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and field operations.
• Organized, responsible, safety-conscious, and capable of supervising teams in a demanding industrial project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for the wind energy maintenance project to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee field personnel, technicians, contractors, and maintenance teams working on site.
• Monitor maintenance and repair activities to ensure compliance with approved work plans, technical specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technicians, logistics personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth site operations.
• Review work plans, technical documents, drawings, and maintenance requirements before and during field activities.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, tools, equipment, materials, and other resources required for site activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical issues, safety hazards, delays, and other operational concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of workplace safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
• Coordinate the safe movement and use of tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials at the project site.
• Monitor the quality of completed work and ensure deficiencies are identified and corrected promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, work progress, inspections, manpower, equipment, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare or assist with daily, weekly, and other required project progress reports.
• Communicate site issues, project updates, and operational requirements to project management.
• Assist in resolving field problems and coordinating corrective actions to minimize project delays.
• Ensure site activities comply with company policies, project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other site supervision and project-related duties assigned by management.
