KBR Services LLC is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to perform critical lifting operations in oil and gas and construction plant environments in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating heavy lifting equipment, executing precise lifting movements, and coordinating with rigging teams, signal persons, and ground crews to ensure efficient and safe operations.

CRANE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience as a Crane Operator.
• Must have experience performing critical lifting operations in Oil & Gas or Construction Plant environments.
• Must possess a valid Qatar Crane Operator License.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Others or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, lifting procedures, load charts, and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating with rigging teams, signal persons, and ground crews.
• Ability to operate heavy lifting equipment with precision and attention to safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow lifting instructions.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes and heavy lifting machinery to lift, move, and position heavy materials, equipment, and structural components at project sites.
• Perform critical lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans and safety procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections and safety checks of cranes and lifting equipment before operation.
• Interpret lift plans, load charts, and lifting requirements to ensure safe execution of lifting activities.
• Coordinate closely with riggers, signal persons, and ground crews during lifting operations.
• Execute precise crane movements while maintaining safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper setup, positioning, and stability of crane equipment before lifting.
• Monitor site conditions and identify potential hazards during lifting activities.
• Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, and operational concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain required operation records and comply with company safety policies and HSE standards.
