KBR Services LLC is seeking an experienced Data Entry Service Administrator to support administrative and operational activities in oil and gas, fertilizer, or petrochemical plant environments in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate data records, supporting supply chain and contract-related activities, and ensuring efficient office workflow through proper documentation and database management.
DATA ENTRY SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience as a Data Entry Administrator, Service Administrator, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Others or a related field.
- Must have experience working in an Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, or Petrochemical plant environment.
- Must have experience in Supply Chain and Contracts.
- Strong knowledge of data entry procedures, database management, and administrative documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in office applications and administrative systems.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Process source data into company databases and administrative systems accurately and efficiently.
- Review, verify, and update records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized databases, files, and documentation for operational and administrative requirements.
- Support office workflows by managing data records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with supply chain and contract administration activities, including document tracking and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding data requirements, documentation, and updates.
- Prepare data reports, summaries, and administrative documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of company information.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with concerned departments.
- Follow company procedures for document control, data management, and administrative processes.
