Tagaki Seiko Corporation is seeking qualified and experienced Male and Female Factory Workers for a Plastic Injection Molding position in Japan. Candidates with previous experience in plastic injection molding and factory production are encouraged to apply.
PLASTIC MOLDING INJECTION
Qualifications:
- Male and Female applicants are welcome.
- Previous experience in plastic injection molding is required.
- Experience as a factory worker, production worker, or plastic molding operator is an advantage.
- Familiarity with plastic injection molding machines and factory production processes.
- Ability to follow production instructions, quality standards, and workplace procedures.
- Good attention to detail, particularly when performing visual quality inspections.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive factory production tasks.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing and factory environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
- Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Willing to learn Japanese language and adapt to Japanese workplace practices.
- Willing to follow company policies, factory safety regulations, and supervisor instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines according to production procedures.
- Assist with setting up and preparing injection molding equipment for production.
- Load and handle plastic materials and production components as required.
- Monitor machines during production and report abnormalities or equipment problems.
- Remove molded plastic products from machines and handle them according to production procedures.
- Perform trimming, cutting, finishing, and other basic post-molding processes as required.
- Conduct visual inspection of molded plastic products to identify defects, deformation, cracks, discoloration, or other quality issues.
- Separate defective or non-conforming products from acceptable production output.
- Follow production specifications, work instructions, and quality control procedures.
- Perform basic measurements and checks when required.
- Pack, label, count, and organize finished plastic products according to production requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records when required.
- Assist with material handling and movement of plastic components and production materials.
- Keep machines, tools, workstations, and production areas clean and organized.
- Follow factory safety rules, operating procedures, and quality standards.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report machine abnormalities, product defects, safety hazards, and production issues to supervisors.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and schedules.
- Cooperate with Japanese supervisors and other factory workers to maintain smooth production operations.
- Perform other factory production and plastic molding duties assigned by management.
