KBR Services LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Mechanical Helper to support maintenance operations in oil and gas and industrial plant environments in Qatar. The successful candidate will assist senior mechanics in repairing, maintaining, and servicing machinery, vehicles, and equipment while ensuring safe and efficient workshop and site operations.

MECHANICAL HELPER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Mechanical Helper or in a similar maintenance support role.
• Must have experience working in an Oil & Gas or Industrial Plant environment.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools, equipment maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Ability to perform physical work and assist in industrial maintenance activities.
• Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior mechanics with repair, maintenance, and servicing activities for machinery, vehicles, and industrial equipment.
• Provide support during mechanical troubleshooting, inspection, and repair works.
• Prepare and hand over tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance activities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, and basic equipment checks.
• Retrieve spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for repair activities.
• Clean and organize work areas, tools, and equipment after maintenance operations.
• Assist in dismantling, assembling, and installation of mechanical components under supervision.
• Follow instructions from mechanics and supervisors to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety procedures and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Report damaged tools, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions to supervisors.
