LOKMA Restaurant is seeking qualified and customer-focused Male Waiters for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide excellent food and beverage service, assist customers with their orders, maintain dining areas, and ensure a pleasant restaurant experience.

WAITER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• 21–30 years old.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or hotel.
• Good English communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Good knowledge of basic restaurant service procedures.
• Ability to take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and restaurant staff.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, courteous, and attentive to customer needs.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Willing to follow restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and available food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and service team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to restaurant service standards.
• Check orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before serving.
• Monitor assigned tables and respond promptly to customer requests and additional orders.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
• Clear used plates, glasses, utensils, and other items from tables efficiently.
• Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and assigned work areas.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and refer major complaints to the supervisor when necessary.
• Process or assist with customer bills and payments according to company procedures when required.
• Restock service stations with necessary utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Assist other waiters and restaurant staff during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow the restaurant’s grooming and uniform standards.
• Follow company policies, restaurant procedures, and customer service standards.
• Perform other food and beverage service duties assigned by management.
