BR SERVICES LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Helper with Driving License to support daily operations in oil and gas plants and construction projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will assist technicians, perform general labor duties, transport materials, and operate company vehicles when required while following safety procedures and workplace standards.

PLANT HELPER (with driving license)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a Plant Helper, General Helper, Construction Helper, or similar role.
• Must have experience working in an Oil & Gas plant or construction environment.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in an industrial environment.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions effectively.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to perform various support tasks as required.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general manual labor duties to support plant, maintenance, and construction activities.
• Operate company vehicles as needed for transportation of materials, tools, and personnel.
• Haul, load, and unload materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Assist technicians, operators, and maintenance teams during daily work activities.
• Deliver tools, materials, documents, and other items to designated locations.
• Perform routine site support tasks and maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and support ongoing plant operations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Comply with company safety procedures, site regulations, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or work concerns to supervisors.
