Abdullah A Al Barrak & Sons Co. is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe / CNC Plate Cutting Machine Operator / Technician to support its precision fabrication operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, preparing cutting plans, ensuring fabrication accuracy, and maintaining equipment for safe and efficient production.

CNC Lathe/CNC Plate Cutting Machine Operator/Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a CNC Lathe Operator, CNC Plate Cutting Machine Operator, or CNC Technician.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Metal Fabrication, Tool & Die, Welding) or a related field.
• Proven experience operating and programming CNC fabrication machines.
• Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling selection, nesting plans, and fabrication processes.
• Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in an industrial fabrication environment.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC plate cutting machines and CNC lathe machines for precision fabrication works.
• Prepare nesting plans and optimize material usage for carbon steel (CS), stainless steel (SS), and alloy materials.
• Set up machines with appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters based on production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and technical specifications.
• Monitor production quality and ensure finished products meet required dimensions and tolerances.
• Adjust CNC programs, machine settings, and parameters to improve accuracy and production efficiency.
• Perform routine machine checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and finished components for defects or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following workplace safety procedures.
• Report machine problems, production issues, and maintenance requirements to supervisors.
