Abdullah A Al Barrak & Sons Co. is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Plate Rolling Machine Operator to support its fabrication operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC plate rolling machines, ensuring precision fabrication of carbon steel, stainless steel (CSSS), and alloy materials while maintaining quality and equipment performance.

CNC PLATE ROLLING MACHINE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience as a CNC Plate Rolling Machine Operator or in a similar fabrication role.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Metal Fabrication, Tool & Die, Welding) or a related field.
• Experience operating and programming CNC plate rolling machines is required.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, and machine operations.
• Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain equipment performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial fabrication environment.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC plate rolling machines for precision fabrication works.
• Set up machines according to material specifications, drawings, and production requirements.
• Perform plate rolling operations for carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials.
• Monitor product quality and ensure fabricated components meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Adjust CNC programs, machine settings, and parameters to achieve accurate results.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, measurements, and technical specifications.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Identify and report machine issues, defects, or production concerns.
• Maintain proper handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality control standards.
