WELDER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 20 to 30 years old.
• Candidates must be at least high school graduates.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience is required.
• Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge.
• Physically fit and capable of performing industrial and fabrication work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication, and workshop safety procedures is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn Japanese work standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks according to company and technical specifications.
• Operate welding machines, hand tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow basic technical drawings, instructions, and welding procedures.
• Inspect welded materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling metal components when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned production tasks efficiently.
• Participate actively in technical and language training programs provided by the employer.
• Support production operations and comply with Japanese workplace standards and discipline.
