Specialized Panels and Eco Industrial Construction Co. is seeking experienced Machine Operators to support continuous manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring efficient material flow, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must possess a valid passport and complete employment documents.
- 3–5 years of experience in a process industry with continuous operations.
- Experience in sandwich panel manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Must have completed 12 years of schooling and be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Technical or non-technical manufacturing experience will be considered.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts and lift materials weighing up to 20 kg.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous manufacturing operations.
- Ensure an adequate supply of raw materials is fed into machines to maintain production output.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and assist in fixing machine breakdowns when required.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues to the maintenance team.
- Develop a thorough understanding of factory machinery, operating procedures, and production processes.
- Conduct routine machine checks and maintain equipment according to operating procedures.
- Follow production schedules while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Comply with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
