GENERAL LIVESTOCK FARMING

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in livestock or poultry farming.
• Must be knowledgeable in egg production and sales operations.
• Experience in breeding and sales of chicks for egg production is required.
• Must be a JFT or JLPT passer under the General Livestock Farming category.
• Ex-TITP workers with relevant experience in the same category are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in poultry farm operations, feeding, sanitation, and livestock care.
• Physically fit and capable of performing farm-related tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or within a team environment.
• Willing to adapt to Japanese work culture and agricultural practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily poultry and livestock farming activities related to egg production.
• Assist in breeding, raising, and caring for chicks intended for egg production.
• Monitor animal health, feeding schedules, and farm sanitation procedures.
• Collect, sort, pack, and prepare eggs for storage and sales distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of poultry houses, cages, and farm facilities.
• Support farm operations including inventory, feeding, and production monitoring.
• Assist in handling and transporting chicks, eggs, and farm products safely.
• Follow farm safety procedures and Japanese agricultural operational standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and farm staff to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Perform other farm-related duties incidental to livestock and egg production operations.
