TJ GLOBAL LLC is seeking experienced and dedicated Dairy Farm Workers to join its farm operations in Japan. The role involves caring for dairy cows, performing milking procedures, and ensuring proper farm management while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.

DAIRY FARM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in dairy farming or related field.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • JLPT N4 (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) holder.
  • Ex-trainee with 3-year contract completion preferred.
  • Holding Evaluation Certificate of Level or Evaluation Certificate in Japan is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Feed and care for dairy cows according to scheduled nutrition plans.
  • Operate milking equipment and perform milking procedures (manual or automated systems).
  • Clean and sanitize milking areas, equipment, and animal housing facilities.
  • Monitor animal health and report any signs of illness or injury to supervisors or veterinarians.
  • Assist in breeding activities and calf care, including feeding and housing.
  • Maintain farm facilities such as barns, fences, and feeding systems.
  • Handle and store milk properly following hygiene and quality standards.
  • Follow biosecurity and safety protocols to prevent disease and contamination.
  • Keep accurate records of milk production, feeding schedules, and animal health.

  • Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
