Lead Process Operator

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate
• Minimum of 5–7 years industrial experience, preferably in food/dairy manufacturing
• Strong SCADA operation and troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of dairy process flow, including pasteurizers, sterilizers, and CIP systems
• Highly safety-conscious and data-driven
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (5S, RCA, Kaizen, PDCA)
• Ability to lead operations and work independently when required

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor processing systems in food/dairy manufacturing operations
• Lead plant operations and make decisions in the absence of a supervisor
• Manage and troubleshoot SCADA systems for efficient production processes
• Oversee processing activities including pasteurization, sterilization, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems
• Ensure smooth production of liquid milk and fermented products
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, RCA, Kaizen, and PDCA
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
