Massage Therapist
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only.
- 25–40 years old.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant massage therapy experience.
- Must have a certificate in Thai Massage or Classical Massage, or a TESDA NC II Certificate for Massage Therapy.
- Strong skills in Classic Massage.
- Training or certification in oil massage, hot stone massage, or other massage techniques is a strong advantage.
- Professional, customer-oriented, and passionate about providing quality service.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong sense of timing, performance, and service quality.
- Non-smoker.
- Willingness to learn the Slovak language.
- Physically fit and capable of performing massage treatments throughout working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional classic and Thai massage treatments according to established spa standards.
- Assess clients’ preferences and requirements before each massage session.
- Perform massage techniques safely and professionally while maintaining guest comfort.
- Provide other massage treatments, such as oil massage and hot stone massage, when qualified.
- Explain available treatments and provide appropriate recommendations to guests.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive attitude throughout each treatment.
- Ensure massage rooms and treatment areas are clean, organized, and properly prepared.
- Clean and sanitize massage equipment and treatment areas after each session.
- Maintain appropriate hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Follow hotel and spa safety procedures and established treatment protocols.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
- Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely delivery of treatments.
- Communicate professionally with guests and other hotel staff.
- Participate in training and continuously develop massage and customer-service skills.
- Perform other duties assigned by the spa or hotel supervisor.
