Forklift Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• 25–35 years old.
• Minimum height of 165 cm.
• High school or vocational graduate.
• Must have TESDA NC II Forklift certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts.
• Proven ability to operate reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts, both electric and diesel.
• Experience loading and unloading materials at heights of up to 12 meters.
• Basic inventory management skills.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Willing to learn the Czech language.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing warehouse and material-handling duties.
• No color blindness.
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts, including electric and diesel units.
• Safely load, unload, transport, and store materials and products.
• Handle goods and materials at heights of up to 12 meters.
• Conduct basic pre-operation checks of forklifts and report equipment issues.
• Follow proper forklift operating procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Move materials between warehouse, production, storage, and loading areas.
• Properly position and stack materials in designated storage locations.
• Assist with receiving and dispatching materials and products.
• Check quantities and assist with basic inventory control.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, organized, and stored.
• Maintain accurate records related to material movement when required.
• Keep work and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production personnel.
• Participate in required training and follow supervisor instructions.
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties assigned by management.
