Grapecare LTD. is seeking qualified and physically fit Warehouse Workers to work in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will perform manual warehouse operations, handle oversized loads using motorized or electric forklifts, maintain formwork and shuttering equipment, and assist with inventory management. Candidates should be experienced in forklift operation and familiar with warehouse inventory systems such as SAP, WMS, and RF Scanner technology.

WAREHOUSE WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Experience operating motorized or electric forklifts (VZV).
• Knowledge of safe forklift operation and handling of oversized or heavy loads.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory management systems, such as SAP, WMS, or similar software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner for warehouse inventory operations.
• Ability to perform inventory receiving, picking, counting, labeling, and storage tasks accurately.
• Experience handling, cleaning, and maintaining formwork/shuttering equipment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual warehouse work with no health restrictions.
• Able to lift, carry, move, and handle warehouse materials safely when required.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and documentation.
• Ability to follow warehouse procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.
• Responsible and careful when operating forklifts and handling company property and materials.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general manual work in the company’s warehouse, storage areas, and premises.
• Receive, unload, move, and organize materials, equipment, and warehouse inventory.
• Operate motorized or electric forklifts (VZV) to safely handle and transport oversized and heavy loads.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts and other appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Safely position and store oversized loads in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct basic inspections of forklifts and report mechanical or operational issues to supervisors.
• Follow proper procedures for forklift operation, load handling, parking, and equipment safety.
• Prepare materials and equipment for delivery, production, construction, or other company requirements.
• Pick, sort, count, label, and organize warehouse materials and supplies.
• Use warehouse inventory software, including SAP, WMS, or similar systems, to record and monitor inventory movements.
• Operate RF scanners for receiving, picking, transferring, checking, and tracking warehouse items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or missing items.
• Assist with stocktaking and periodic inventory counts.
• Clean and maintain formwork/shuttering equipment and related materials.
• Inspect formwork and shuttering components for dirt, damage, defects, or conditions requiring repair.
• Prepare formwork and shuttering equipment for storage, reuse, transport, or dispatch.
• Keep warehouse areas, storage locations, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and protected from damage, contamination, or improper handling.
• Follow warehouse procedures for material identification, storage, labeling, and inventory control.
• Handle warehouse tools and equipment properly and report damaged or defective items.
• Follow occupational health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe manual-handling practices.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, supervisors, drivers, forklift operators, and other departments.
• Assist with other warehouse, material-handling, cleaning, and maintenance duties as assigned.
