KITCHEN STAFF

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in kitchen, catering, or food service operations
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking, and kitchen hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced buffet or restaurant environment
• Physically fit and able to handle kitchen duties and long working hours
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to follow kitchen rules, safety standards, and sanitation procedures

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to menu standards
• Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning food items
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, tools, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist chefs and senior kitchen staff during meal preparation and service
• Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
• Support buffet setup, replenishment, and food presentation
• Clean kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment after use
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a safe kitchen environment
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by supervisors

• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
