Hilton Al Khobar King Fahd Causeway is seeking dedicated and service-oriented Room Attendants to join its housekeeping team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hilton’s quality standards. The ideal applicants are hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience.

ROOM ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Proven knowledge and practical skills as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or similar housekeeping position.
• Good understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hotel sanitation standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, lift housekeeping supplies, and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and toiletries.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, polish, and sanitize all room surfaces and fixtures.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness before guest check-in.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged furniture, or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Replenish housekeeping carts with linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Properly handle lost-and-found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Follow housekeeping schedules and complete room assignments within the required time.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
• Assist with deep cleaning and other housekeeping duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
