Cygnus Resort Hotel is seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helpers to support its culinary team in China. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, organize supplies, and help ensure efficient kitchen operations while following food safety and hygiene standards.

KITCHEN HELPER

Qualifications:

• 35 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Kitchen Helper or in a similar food service role.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and sanitation practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
• Prepare kitchen workstations by organizing ingredients, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Wash dishes, cookware, kitchen utensils, and food preparation equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, storage rooms, and food preparation surfaces.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and kitchen inventory.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support kitchen staff during meal service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow hotel policies, food safety regulations, and health and hygiene standards at all times.
• Perform other kitchen support duties as assigned by supervisors or chefs.
