WAITER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Must present original copies of Certificates of Employment (COE).
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or banquet environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables accurately and promptly.
• Refill drinks and provide additional items requested by guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
