WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience as a Waiter/Waitress.Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in:
  • Food and Beverage Preparation / Service Management
  • Hospitality / Tourism Management
  • Other related or similar fields
• Height requirement:
  • Male: at least 170 cm
  • Female: at least 164 cm
• Physically fit and presentable.
• Tattoos are acceptable provided they are not visible while in uniform.
• Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required.

Responsibilities:

• Present menus and provide detailed information when requested (e.g. portions, ingredients, food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glasses
• Inform customers about daily specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Communicate order details clearly with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drink orders promptly and professionally
