Job Talent Belgium is seeking skilled Kitchen / Furniture Welders (Stainless) to join its metal fabrication and manufacturing team in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality stainless steel kitchen equipment and metal furniture, ensuring precision, durability, and compliance with production and quality standards.

KITCHEN / FURNITURE WELDER STAINLESS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal processing and the production of metal furniture.
• Proven experience in MIG/MAG and TIG welding of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Experience in furniture welding is an advantage.
• Ability to independently set up and adjust welding equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn advanced welding techniques, including laser welding.
• Comfortable working in both mass production and custom fabrication environments.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Technical welding certification or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG/MAG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and steel components.
• Fabricate and assemble stainless steel kitchen equipment and metal furniture according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production plans accurately.
• Set up, adjust, and operate welding machines and related fabrication equipment independently.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure structural integrity and high-quality workmanship.
• Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing of welded products as required.
• Carry out basic maintenance and routine checks on welding equipment.
• Assist in both serial production and custom fabrication projects.
• Learn and apply new welding techniques, including laser welding, as required by the company.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet quality standards and delivery schedules.
