Comfort Home Distribution Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Fiji. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient retail operations aligned with company goals.
Retail Store Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and consumer behavior.
- Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and service standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve store profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, ordering, and product replenishment.
- Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays in line with company standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, inventory records, and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and management to support store operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
