Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Certificate or Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality, Frontline Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the retail sales industry is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in administrative tasks and basic retail documentation.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
- With a pleasing personality and able to maintain a professional appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide professional product recommendations.
- Promote and sell products while achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and handling customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the retail store.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and workplace procedures.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
