RETAIL STATION MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female candidates
  • At least 4 years of similar work experience in a retail store or gas station
  • Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and financial management
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail station or gas station
  • Manage staff, schedules, and overall team performance
  • Monitor sales, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets
  • Control budgets, expenses, and ensure cost efficiency
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Implement strategic plans to improve operations and profitability
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
