RETAIL STATION MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Male or Female candidates
- At least 4 years of similar work experience in a retail store or gas station
- Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and financial management
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail station or gas station
- Manage staff, schedules, and overall team performance
- Monitor sales, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets
- Control budgets, expenses, and ensure cost efficiency
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Implement strategic plans to improve operations and profitability
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
