Comfort Home Distribution Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market & Analysis Officer to support its retail operations in Fiji. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering market data, analyzing consumer trends, and providing insights that support business planning, sales strategies, and overall retail performance improvement.

Market & Analysis Officer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and market research techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity.
• Gather, organize, and interpret sales data to support business decision-making.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on market performance and retail trends.
• Support management in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Assist in forecasting sales and demand based on market trends and historical data.
• Collaborate with retail operations and marketing teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and recommend adjustments based on market conditions.
• Maintain accurate databases of market and consumer information.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and structured manner.
