Australian Skilled Migration is seeking an experienced and results-driven Supermarket Manager to oversee daily retail operations in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
SUPERMARKET MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Business, Management, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supermarket Manager, either local or overseas.
- Strong knowledge of supermarket operations, retail management, and inventory control.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall supermarket operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve performance and sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock rotation, and product availability.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and shelf organization.
- Manage store budgets, sales performance, and operational costs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Prepare and review sales reports, inventory reports, and staff performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and retail regulations.
- Develop strategies to improve store profitability and customer satisfaction.
