Store Manager (Fast Food Restaurant)
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining company standards, driving profitability, and leading your team to success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in an international fast food restaurant.
- Proven experience in managing daily operations to optimize efficiency and maintain adherence to established standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing overall restaurant profitability, driving sales, fostering team development, ensuring food safety compliance, and overseeing operations, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to lead and develop a dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Has exceptional communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valid passport and readiness with required documents (police clearance, employment records, school credentials, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Report directly to Area or Regional Managers on performance and improvement plans.
