Catrion Catering Holding Company is seeking a qualified Kitchen Equipment Technician to inspect, maintain, repair, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of commercial kitchen equipment in compliance with company standards, aviation catering requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification in equipment repair or related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and technical manuals accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults in commercial kitchen equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on kitchen appliances and machinery.
- Repair or replace faulty electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently according to standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Coordinate with kitchen operations and other departments to address equipment needs.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize disruption in food production.
- Test equipment after repair to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all maintenance work.
- Support installation and setup of new kitchen equipment when required.
