Jaddarah Workforce Services Company, in partnership with Lenovo Manufacturing Co., is seeking experienced and motivated Deputy Line Leaders to support production line operations in its electronics manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will assist the Line Leader in supervising production personnel, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining product quality, and promoting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
DEPUTY LINE LEADER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants aged 24 to 40 years old.
- Must be at least a high school graduate.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is required.
- Previous experience in a production leadership, line leader, or supervisory role is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and coordinate effectively with production and maintenance teams.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production workflow.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods during production operations.
- Must have no tattoo, in accordance with employer requirements.
- Willing to work overtime and rotating shift schedules.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Line Leader in supervising daily production line operations to achieve production schedules and quality objectives.
- Coordinate production activities and ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Support troubleshooting of production issues and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections and adherence to quality control procedures.
- Train, guide, and support production operators on proper work methods, safety practices, and company policies.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and work performance of production staff.
- Prepare production reports, shift handover reports, and other operational documentation.
- Maintain workplace organization by implementing 5S principles and good housekeeping practices.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Perform other supervisory and production-related duties assigned by the Line Leader or Production Supervisor.
