INTERFACE COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitor and manage interfaces between various disciplines, work packages, and contractors to prevent conflicts or delays.
• Review project plans, schedules, and drawings to identify potential interface issues and coordinate solutions.
• Facilitate regular meetings and progress updates with all relevant parties to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interface issues, resolutions, and approvals.
• Support project management in preparing reports, documentation, and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and industry standards.
