Massage Therapist

Qualifications:

• Certified Spa Therapist with recognized training and certification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Massage Therapist or Spa Therapist
• Knowledge of various massage techniques, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Experience in hotel, resort, or luxury spa environments is an advantage
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage therapies and spa treatments according to established standards
• Ensure guest comfort, satisfaction, and a relaxing spa experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure adequate supplies are available
• Assist guests by answering inquiries and recommending appropriate spa services and products
• Follow standard operating procedures, health regulations, and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate treatment records, inventory, and service documentation
• Support daily spa operations through teamwork and cooperation with colleagues
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional assignments when required
• Promote spa services and contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue objectives
