DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project and company documents, ensuring proper filing, retrieval, and version control.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and management to collect, review, and distribute documents accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and industry documentation standards.
- Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution, maintaining accurate records of all changes.
- Prepare and submit reports on document status, pending approvals, and any discrepancies.
- Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project and company information.
