Mazda Logistics Inc. is seeking qualified and hardworking candidates for Industrial Packaging work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). Successful candidates will be responsible for packaging, handling, sorting, labeling, and preparing industrial products and materials while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Valid passport.
• First-time applicant to work in Japan.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• 20–35 years old.
• At least high school graduate.
• Physically fit and capable of performing industrial packaging and production-related work.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to follow work instructions, company procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• No tattoo or major surgery.
• Willing to undergo 3 to 4 months of Japanese language training once selected.

Responsibilities:

• Perform packaging of industrial products, components, parts, and materials according to established procedures.
• Prepare products and materials for packaging, storage, and shipment.
• Sort, count, and organize products and packaging materials accurately.
• Inspect items before packaging to ensure they are complete and free from visible damage.
• Select and use appropriate packaging materials, containers, protective materials, and labels.
• Wrap, pack, secure, and seal products properly to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Apply labels, identification marks, and other required information accurately.
• Follow packaging specifications, work instructions, and quality control procedures.
• Handle products and materials carefully to prevent scratches, breakage, contamination, or other damage.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and arranging packaged products when required.
• Use basic packaging tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly.
• Maintain proper organization of products, packaging supplies, and work areas.
• Report damaged products, shortages, incorrect items, or packaging problems to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace.
• Follow company rules, production schedules, safety procedures, and Japanese workplace practices.
• Work efficiently with supervisors and other team members to meet daily production and packaging requirements.
• Perform other industrial packaging and related production duties assigned by management.
