Interlink Shipping Line Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Staff member to handle payroll processing and support various human resources functions for a large workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll administration, employee records, attendance and leave monitoring, recruitment and onboarding support, staff welfare, training programs, and HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience handling payroll and HR functions for a workforce of 350 or more employees.
- Experience in staff welfare and employee development.
- Experience in organizing and supporting employee training programs and team-building activities.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, employee records, attendance, leave monitoring, allowances, deductions, and overtime calculations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling payroll and employee information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payroll-related concerns.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management, finance, and other departments.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Proficient in standard office and HR/payroll systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and other employee payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement.
- Maintain employee records, attendance records, leave balances, and related HR documentation.
- Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation for management and finance.
- Coordinate with the finance and management teams regarding payroll processing and employee compensation matters.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure payroll activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Support general HR administrative activities and documentation.
- Assist with staff welfare programs and employee development initiatives.
- Support the planning and implementation of employee training programs and team-building activities.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure employee data is updated and payroll inputs are submitted on time.
- Identify payroll discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrections.
- Perform other HR and payroll duties assigned by management.
