We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business improvement initiatives by identifying operational needs, analyzing data, and recommending effective solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver actionable insights that support organizational goals.

BUSINESS ANALYST

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis using Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to map business processes using BPMN or similar methodologies and prepare clear process documentation.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear business recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users, management, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on business analysis experience of 2–3 years or more is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and meetings with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop business process maps, flowcharts, and documentation using recognized methodologies such as BPMN.
  • Prepare clear functional specifications, business requirements documents, and user stories for technical teams.
  • Analyze complex data sets using Advanced Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, validate implemented solutions, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) where required.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a clear and non-technical manner.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating the costs and benefits of proposed business solutions.
