TungThih Electronic Co., Ltd. is looking for Factory Workers to support manufacturing and production operations. Factory workers may assist with production line activities, product assembly, inspection, material handling, packaging, and other tasks required to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are welcome.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing and factory environment.
• Able to follow work instructions and company procedures.
• Physically capable of performing assigned production tasks.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work as part of a production team.
• Willing to comply with workplace safety and quality requirements.
• Previous factory, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily factory and production line operations.
• Perform assigned manufacturing and assembly tasks according to company procedures.
• Handle production materials and components properly.
• Assist in assembling automotive electronic components and related products.
• Inspect products for visible defects and ensure they meet established quality requirements.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment as instructed.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparation of finished products when required.
• Report production issues, defective components, or equipment problems to supervisors.
• Follow company quality control and workplace safety standards.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production workers.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• VALID Passport
• Birth Certificate PSA
• UMID or SSS certificate
• Voters ID or Cert (for active voters only)
