Sushi Library is seeking an experienced Female Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests. The successful candidate should have previous experience in casual or fine dining, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams and resolve operational and customer-related concerns.

Qualifications:
- Female applicants.
- 30 years old and below.
- Minimum height of 5’3″.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM).
- Experience in casual or fine dining is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team and interact professionally with guests.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-service oriented and professional.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle operational challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational and customer service standards.
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Monitor dining service and ensure guests receive professional and attentive service.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Identify operational problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness, organization, and service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of restaurant personnel.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain efficient operations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Salary and Benefits:
- SAR 4,200/month
- Food Allowance: 300 SAR/MONTH
- Accommodation and Transportation: Provided
- PLACEMENT FEE IS REQUIRED
