Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort is seeking a qualified Hotel Caretaker to ensure exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout guest rooms, public areas, wellness facilities, and operational spaces while supporting hospitality operations and guest satisfaction. The resort operates as a hotel and wellness destination in the Czech Republic.
Hotel Caretaker
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high productivity.
- Well-organized, reliable, and able to follow established procedures.
- Comfortable using a tablet to document completed work, take photos, and update records in the internal system.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to perform housekeeping, wellness area cleaning, and dishwashing support duties.
- Professional attitude and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning
- Perform complete cleaning of guest rooms, including regular, stayover, departure, and deep cleaning services.
- Change bed linens and replace towels.
- Replenish toiletries, amenities, and hygiene supplies.
- Inspect room equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Prepare rooms to ensure readiness for guest arrivals.
- Public Area Cleaning
- Clean and maintain reception, lobby, restaurant, and common areas.
- Clean corridors, staircases, elevators, and entrance areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and outdoor terrace areas.
- Wellness Area Cleaning
- Clean wellness and spa facilities.
- Replace used towels and replenish supplies.
- Arrange sun loungers and maintain wellness area presentation standards.
- Dishwashing Area Support
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, and food service equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen support areas.
- General Duties
- Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Record completed tasks through the company’s internal system.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the resort.
- Support operational departments when required.
