Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role in an upper casual or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• No minimum educational attainment is required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the reservation system.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus.
• Maintain an organized seating plan to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff regarding table availability and guest requirements.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about restaurant services.
• Assist in managing waiting lists during busy periods.
• Ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
• Support restaurant operations by assisting with guest relations and dining flow management.
